Lucky Chaps Coconut Pound
Cake
2 1/2 Cups Butter [5
Sticks]
3 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs
3 Cups Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2-Can Angel Flake Coconut
Cream, sugar, butter and eggs.
Alternate flour and milk then Vanilla.
Fold in coconut.
Bake in well greased and floured Tube Pan
for 1 1/2 hours.
Bake in 300-325 degree oven.
Makes one large pound
cake.
