Texas Queso Dip

If you want authentic "TEXAS Queso" you are required to use Velveeta without question (and for Texans there really is no question). in Texas Queso means Velveeta.
 

1 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz) cans Ro-Tel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies (one drained, one with liquid)
2 lbs. Kraft Velveeta

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground beef and drain well.
Cut Velveeta into 1 inch chunks and put into sauce pan, over low heat.
Stir in Ro-Tel, and cooked beef.
Cook over low, stirring often, until cheese is melted. If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
Serve with corn chips and enjoy or heat up some Flour Tortilla and cut up in fore pieces and use that as your chips.
